We deliver every Thursday, anywhere in the UK. The order window is open Thursday to Monday — place your order before midnight on Monday and it will arrive the following Thursday. We close Tuesday and Wednesday while orders are picked and packed.

Everything comes from British producers and growers. We select each item for its nutritional quality and the care that goes into producing it — no pesticides, no artificial flavours, no supermarket shortcuts. Whole, minimally processed foods only.
We believe the clearest way to build a better diet is to understand what each food gives your body. Every item on from earth is a source of at least one essential nutrient — protein, iron, omega-3, vitamin K, and more. Organising by nutrient rather than by aisle makes it easy to see what you're getting and what you're missing.
You can amend or cancel your order while the order window is open — up to midnight on Monday. After that, orders will have been sent to our producers and cannot be changed. Get in touch via the contact page if you need help.
We're sorry if that happens. Drop us a message through the orders page within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — either a replacement in your next order or a full refund for the affected item.
