We deliver every Tuesday and Friday. Orders placed before midnight on Sunday are delivered on Tuesday, and orders before midnight on Wednesday are delivered on Friday. You'll receive a confirmation email with your exact delivery window the evening before.
We currently deliver across London and the surrounding home counties. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm availability. We're expanding to other cities soon — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Everything is packed in a chilled, insulated box designed to keep your produce at the right temperature for up to 12 hours. We use minimal, recyclable packaging — no single-use plastic. The box itself is fully kerbside recyclable.
If you're not in, we'll leave your box in a safe, shaded spot you specify at checkout. We'll send you a photo confirmation once it's been left. If no safe place is available, we'll attempt a redelivery the following delivery day.
Most of what we send is harvested within 48 hours of delivery. We work directly with a small number of growers and coordinate harvest timing with our delivery schedule, so nothing sits in a warehouse longer than it needs to.
You can amend or cancel your order up to 24 hours before your delivery day. Get in touch via the contact page and we'll sort it out. After that window, orders will have already been picked and packed.
We're sorry if that happens. Drop us a message through the contact page within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — either a replacement in your next box or a full refund for the affected item.
