From Earth will keep your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it.

From Earth would like to send you information about products and services that we think you might like. We will only do so if you have agreed to receive marketing communications.
